Frequently asked questions.

When will I get it?

Delivery is estimated for Q1 2027. Notus is a pre-order of a product still being industrialized, so this date is indicative. Should it be delayed, your order remains cancellable and your deposit refundable for as long as the product has not shipped.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The €50 deposit is fully refundable on a simple written request to hello@trynotus.com, any time until your order ships. Once the product has shipped, the sale is firm and final.

Do I need a subscription to use Notus?

The device is a one-time purchase. The Free plan is included (capture, transcription and summaries, within a limit of 50 h of recording per month). Unlimited use and actions (CRM, Notion, Slack, email) require a Solo or Pro subscription, separate from the hardware.

Where is my data hosted?

On servers located in France, with European models. Your recordings never leave the country, are encrypted, and are never listened to by our team or used to train our models. Processing is GDPR-compliant.

Who can pre-order?

Sales are reserved to businesses (companies, freelancers, sole traders): a valid SIRET number is required at checkout. See the terms of sale.
