In short Notus collects only one piece of data on this site: your email address, if you choose to join the waitlist. No account, no profiling, no reselling.

1.Data Controller

The data controller is the head of the Notus project. For any questions regarding your data: hello@trynotus.com.

No other information is requested. No mandatory name, no phone, no profiling.

3.Purpose and Legal Basis

Your email is kept solely to keep you informed of the project's progress and the opening of pre-orders. Legal basis: your consent (opt-in via the form).

4.Retention Period

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after the commercial launch.

5.Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the project owner. It is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure:

No third-party mailing tool is currently used. No commercial sharing, no reselling, no advertising use.

6.Transfers outside the EU

The hosting provider Hostinger is based in Cyprus (EU): your data remains within the European Union and benefits from GDPR protection.

8.Security

All communications with the site are encrypted (TLS). Data access is protected by strong authentication.

9.Cookies

The site uses no non-essential cookies: no advertising, no tracking pixels, no audience measurement requiring consent. Only cookies strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site may be placed.

10.Changes to this policy

This policy will be expanded upon commercial launch (user account, voice recordings, transcripts, payments). Any major changes will be notified by email to those on the waitlist, at least 15 days before coming into effect.
